I am looking for a home in the Yelm, Rainier, or Roy area to rent. Well water is a must and a fenced in backyard for my small dog would be great. A private setting would be preferred but not too far out that I can't get to work. 2-3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath is preferred. I would like the rent to be under 1300/mo.
